Vehicular Data Offloading in disaster 9/14/2018<month year> November 2017 Vehicular Data Offloading in disaster In disaster situation High probability of communication infrastructure collapse The notice of disaster related information(current situation, evacuation and shelter information etc.) is required Disaster related information should be updated momentarily Vehicles(cars or drones) can deliver information without infrastructure Vehicular data offloading in disaster situation using OWC If there is information that needs to be distributed, register it in the digital signage The digital signage display the information and broadcast it using invisible or visible QR code A vehicle moving around the digital signage receives data from the digital signage using camera The vehicle broadcast received data using front light or other plug-in type lights A camera equipped on digital signage that located on the route of the vehicle receive data from the vehicle and display it on the digital signage <author>, <company>
