Large Carrier Industry: Products: Challenge: Insurance Products Embedded Health Advocacy and Medical Bill Saver into their ancillary lines: FML, Life & Disability, Voluntary, individual and family health plans. Challenge: Wanted to distinguish themselves in the market and drive revenue to their ancillary products while not competing on price alone.

How we helped: Results: By embedding Health Advocate into their products, the carrier’s sales team was able to demonstrate value to their brokers to boost sales. Results: Increased number of sales of carrier’s ancillary groups Brokers sell preferred carrier’s products over less expensive competitors Increased broker revenue Brokers experience fewer consumer complaints Consumers have the added benefit of Health Advocate
