leadership Enterprising means… to teach : Involving teams to the project Taking into account everybody’s opinion Motivating partners about the project Expressing gratitude to the project team How to argue and explain ideas. How to be able to listen to each other. How to respect everyone’s opinion.

creativity Enterprising means… to teach : Having new ideas to find an issue to a problem Brainstorming sessions Having new ideas to create a new product Presenting a project (or the result of a project) in an innovative way How to solve a problem. How to find unusual ways or places to find information. How to promote divergent and creative perspectives during discussions. How to ask new questions, take different perspectives to elaborate and improve on the selected idea. How to develop curiosity.
