My Country in the English-speaking World A Project

The Project Focus on one specific country Work in groups Give a presentation about your country Create a page on Wikispaces where you present your project During the next weeks you are going to work with a project about the English speaking world, where you will be focusing on one specific country in the world where English is an important language. You will be working in groups and you are expected to give a presentation about your country, and to create a page on wikispaces where you present your project. We will learn more about wikispaces and how to create your site later but first of all it is important to get started and to find out which country you want to write about and what you want to include.

To get started: Get together in groups Find out which country you want to write about Find out what you want to write about Write a project plan When you have decided on a country to work with and found out what you want to include it is very important that you hand in a project plan. To be filled in by Tuesday week 40.

Schedule week 39-42 39: Intro and getting started. Project plan to be handed in by Wednesday. 40: Research and starting creating the wikipage presentation. 41: Finishing wikipage and preparing oral presentation. The presentations will take place at the ’fagdag’ on Thursday this week. 42: WRITTEN TEST ( English as a global language + my country)
