Physical Characteristics Squirrels have brownish and whitish fur and its sometimes partially broken into spots. Squirrels have rows of whitish strips. Squirrels have dark strips. Squirr.els have white and brown strips.

Habitat Squirrels live is short grass, prairies, roadsides, in yards, cemeteries, golf courses.

Range A Squirrel lives in North America.

Food Squirrels eat grass, weeds, seeds, caterpillars , grasshoppers .

Offspring Baby squirrels are born in May after the 28th day. Squirrels are not born from eggs.

Enemies Squirrels enemies are people.

Interesting Facts A Squirrel is especially active on warm days. A Squirrel eats lots of nuts.
