Invasions of the early middle ages (SOL WHI.9D)

The Dark Ages While watching the video, write three characteristics of this time in history. The Dark Ages were the time in Europe between the fall of Western Rome and the beginning of the Renaissance (~500-1500 CE). It was a time plagued by war & disease.

THE BIG IDEA Invasions by Angles, Saxons, Magyars & Vikings disrupted the social, economic and political order of Europe. Please follow along with the upcoming slides & complete the notes and map of Early Middle Ages invaders. ***Be sure to complete using the color codes provided!
