Advantages of Entrepreneurship You’re in charge. There is great job satisfaction. Entrepreneurship can lead to a good income.

Disadvantages of Entrepreneurship There is financial risk. Entrepreneurs often work long hours. Competition can be stiff. There are no guarantees of success.
