Strategic Planning Content in Context How do you develop a coherent plan of action that impacts staff quality? Strategic Planning 

What is Strategic Planning? Strategic Planning is an ongoing process for determining the next, necessary priority areas for improvement by assisting you in documenting what you want to achieve over time and outlining a path to get there A Strategic Plan includes: Goals/Priority to describe where you want to focus and end up over time Metrics to define how success and outcomes will be measured Benchmarks to target outcomes. Strategies or initiatives that are expected to drive progress towards the goal. Tactical Plans that list all of the tasks that must occur to achieve a strategy. Strategic or Not
