More Homework! Stay organized Take notes USE YOUR AGENDA EVERY CLASS PERIOD! Set aside time for homework every night Homework Hotline Call the regular school number (358-4091) to access assignments in each class. This is updated daily by 4:00pm.

On Schedule 4 minute passing period Going to your locker will slow you down Absences You are responsible for making up work. You have the same number of days as you were absent to make up the assignment Ask a friend Ask your teacher Call the homework hotline

Hint #1: Get Organized Use your binder to organize your things Contents of the binder: Schedule, school supplies, folders (color coded for each class), agenda pages for 2 months, loose leaf paper, spiral notebook Put your papers away when you get them Clean out your binder at least weekly and get rid of things that you no longer need Ask an adult to help you stay organized

Hint #2: Get Involved The best way to meet new people and make friends Choose something you have an interest in and go for it! You have so many choices Sports Student Council Dances Academic Teams …and more!

Hint #3: Ask for Help We are all here to help you -Mrs. Chambers is available in the High School Guidance Office and Mr. Ponto is available in A-8 to assist you. Students or Parents may contact either of them to arrange assistance. 358-4091 extension 205 (Mrs. Chambers) and extension 217 (Mr. Ponto) You won’t be the only confused student…we promise! Don’t be afraid to ASK QUESTIONS!
