ABOUT ROTARACT CLUB OF PUNE YUVA Rotaract Club of Pune Yuva as a social youth club aims to work together in a family by instilling spirit of brotherhood, team work, compassion, learning by performing so as to cater to the social needs as well as address them. The club comes under the District 3131, Zone 3 and based in Bharati Vidyapeeth University Campus, Katraj, Pune. RCPY is a student body of ROTARY INTERNATIONAL. We as a youth club and for safety of our youth we organize many social awareness drives. Despite of this we go to Blind School on every 15th AUGUST.

ABOUT FUTFIVE II FUTFIVE II brings an opportunity for all the sports enthusiasts to compete in a grand football festival on the 30th September and1st of October 2017. A team comprising of 7 players (5 playing, 2 subs) can participate. The contest will include both knockout and group-league stages over the two day-event. The participants can also opt for a “DO-OVER” match during the knockout round. The winners will take home attractive prizes, vouchers worth rupees 10,000 and cash prize.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EVENT FUTFIVE II ambitions to garner a footfall of over 500 people with a standing crowd of over 100 people on high quality Astor-turfs. The event participation includes over 45 team. The event witnesses coverage on different mass publicity platforms. Several stalls retailing variety of items (refreshment, food, etc.) are arranged along with music and audience seating.

SPONSORSHIP AND PUBLICITY OVERVIEW An estimated total expenditure of Rs. 90,000/- will be incurred for the event. Various schemes of publicity grounds are designed to invoke and provide unlimited publicity over different mediums like logos on flexes, banners, posters and certificates. The event details are also shared on every social media channel like Facebook, Whatsapp, snapchat etc. The dedicated sponsors have their brands publicized live via vocal announcements as well as T.V. graphical marquees. The end income is shared between the club fund and NGO organizations.

Stall Specifications: Price incurred for each stall will be Rs. 12,000. Provision of stall will be for the two days period of the event. Stall size: 6ft x 6ft(Tentative) Provision of frame, table, chairs and power outlet. Banners or wall hangings will cost Rs. 700 per piece irrespective of the size of the banner.
