Vocabulary Foldable Step 1: Fold a sheet of line paper in half like a hot dog. Step 2: On one side, cut every 4th line. This usually results in 8 tabs. Do this with two sheets of paper to make two books. Step 3: On the page of your notebook, title it “Vocabulario”. Step 4: Write the spanish word on the outside of the tab. Then on the inside write the translation. Step 5: On the right side of each tab, make sure to include: 1 synonym, 1 antonym and a sentence using the vocabulary word. Escribe tú final After reading the short film, How would you change the ending? Write a paragraph with a minimum of 5 sentences explaining your own ending. 10 minutes Now turn to your partner (next to you and read your ending to them.) 10 minutes Discuss why you decided to end the short film like that. Be ready to share.

After reading the short film, answer the following questions in complete sentences. How come Irene does not have Pablo’s number? What is wrong with her? How come the librarian did not provide Irene with Pablo’s number when she asked for it? ¿Why did Pablo go to the library? Why do you think Irene only says “Say Something” when she calls Pablo? Do you prefer tragic love stories or love stories with happy endings? Why? Explain your answer.

“Missing Person” Sign Imagine that you come across a guy/girl that you fall in love with at first sight but he/she got lost in the crowd and you cannot find them. Create a “missing” sign describing them. Explain why you are looking for him/her and ask for the publics help. You will create 10 sentences using 8 of your vocabulary words. Make sure you use complete sentences. You must desrcibe him/her in detail so that people can help you find them. Provide an image of your lost love. You can use both languages, unless told otherwise. Get creative!!! Remember: Subject + SER + adjective = a complete sentence in Spanish.
