Aim I can locate continents, countries and oceans of the world accurately. I can understand key features of the continents of the world. Success Criteria I can confidently locate the 7 continents of the world using a world map. I can name the major oceans of the world. I can begin to tell my partner 2-3 facts about some of the continents of the world. I can research and explain my own key facts about continents of the world.
