How you perceive stressors may vary from person to person How you perceive stressors may vary from person to person. Are you resilient to daily stressors? = OR

Perception- the act of becoming aware thorough the senses. Stressor- anything that causes stress Resilient-the ability to adapt effectively and recover from disappointment, difficulty, or crisis.
