Benefit Self Service SIMPLE EASY FLEXIBLE REDESIGNED https://community.dynamics.com/gp/b/dynamicsgp/archive/2015/01/20/benefit-self-service-in-microsoft-dynamics-gp-2015.aspx Did you know Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 has new functionality for your employees? In addition to other employee self-service functionality, Microsoft released the newly improved and redesigned Benefits Self Service functionality that will allow your employees to enroll into their company benefits online. While this does technically replace the existing Business Portal functionality, it is a far superior product. With online employee enrollment, businesses will no longer have to gather paper documents from their employees and re-key that information into Microsoft Dynamics GP for benefit enrollment selections made. This will make health & life insurance along with retirement enrollment very simple for HR Administrators. Benefits administrators will be able to open up an enrollment periods for their employees, allowing the employee to do the data entry. They simply review and “post” the enrollments right into Human Resources and Payroll.
