Task List a standardised Task List represents the different tasks involved in the proposal writing procedure, and allows a clear designation of responsibilities and deadlines. This way all applicants know what to submit and when. Proposal Writer 7 – main features

Task List – who must do what by when? Writing an application involves many different steps, that often must be carried out within a tight schedule by different persons who are often geographically separated from one another. The Task List shows the work involved in putting together a proposal, breaks it down into individual tasks, makes it easier for the coordinator to manage the application process, provides a clear designation of responsibilities and deadlines, makes the process more transparent to the participants.

Proposal Writer gives you a standardised Task List that is based on the instructions from the ECs 'Guide for Applicants'. Task List – who must do what by when? The Task List is organised according to the various sections of the proposal parts A and B. The status of each task is clearly marked and colour coded. > finalised > in progress > not finalised > overdue Responsibilities can be assigned to each task. Deadlines can be defined for the completion of each task. Each step involved in the application process is shown in the Task List.
