What True Gospel Preaching Is!

True Gospel Preaching… Is from the word of God NOT from philosophies of men 1 Cor. 2:1-5 Romans 1:16-17 1 Thess. 2:13 The Bible is not something to play with. Reverence it!

True Gospel Preaching… Is balanced Both positive & negative topics. The WHOLE counsel of God. 2 Tim. 4:2-4, 3:16-17 Col. 1:28 Titus 2:15

True Gospel Preaching… Is what is needed NOT what one wants. 2 Tim. 4:2 2 Sam. 12:7 Jeremiah 6:16, 11:21 Isaiah 30:9-11 When a certain subject is avoided, chances are that is what needs to be addressed the most!

True Gospel Preaching… Is timely About what is needed RIGHT NOW! At times error MUST be exposed At other times, encouragement is needed. Some subjects are ALWAYS timely! (Authority, godliness, etc.)
