Information Service Quality…. Caller feedback, 2nd March 2017 I am contacting you to simply say a huge thank you for your help…. I called on Tuesday 28th February…for some advice regarding my very dependent auntie, who we have been having various struggles with regarding her social living and care situation. Not only did Kate have a very courteous manner, but she was incredibly helpful with all the advice and service numbers she provided. She was incredibly understanding to our difficult situation, and faced with the difficult problem I presented her with, she provided so much helpful information that left me feeling much more confident in addressing the issues we face. Often people spend the time to complain about poor services, but not often enough are wonderful people thanked for their fantastic help and/or services. Therefore, I was more than happy to spend 10 minutes of my day to type this email to ensure Kate knew what a wonderful help she was for me and how appreciated it is! If Kate is representative of the staff you have working there, all I can say is what a wonderful service! Caller feedback, 2nd March 2017
