Process so far Identified what we value at Laughton- key learning habits (staff, governors, children, parent group) Learning and Teaching Policy amended in line with what we wanted to achieve. Ideas gained from children for new logo Teachers carried out action research on Growth Mindset supporting new vision through learning habits. Shared findings.
