Annual Programme Monitoring (APM) APM based on the Programme Evaluation Document (PED) and Module Evaluation Document (MED) AQAS (Academic Quality Assurance System) – an electronic repository for MEDs and PEDs Programmes in approved clusters (single programmes or frameworks) ‘Cluster leader’ (usually the Programme Lead) has responsibility to complete the PED
AQAS Improves effectiveness and efficiency by: Single source storage facility for MEDs and PEDs Avoid cutting and pasting into templates, other reference documents can be uploaded Allows Cluster Leads to access MEDs contributing to their programme
Who? Module Leads - MEDs Programme Leaders / Cluster Leaders - PEDs Partners via Partner Programme Evaluation Documents (PPEDs) Needed for Periodic Review Panels and Institutional Review Useful in handover to new staff
AQAS provides access to templates and guidance required What do I do? If I am a module tutor? Use the AQAS system to complete and store your completed module review as well as underpinning information If I am a cluster leader? Use the new PED template which will provide access to MEDs stored in AQAS to assist with completion. AQAS provides access to templates and guidance required
