Follow the Feet Hop-Scotch Follow the feet circuit as many times in 30 seconds by using the correct feet. If you get it wrong start again. How many in total can you and your partner score?

Partner Rugby Pass Pass as many rugby balls through the hoop held by your partner in 30 seconds. Swap over. How many in total can you and your partner score?

Shoot Some Hoops Shoot as many basketball/netball hoops as possible in 30 seconds from the shooting circle. How many in total can you and your partner score?

Kick-ups Complete as many kick or knee ups as you can in 30 seconds. Swap over. How many in total can you and your partner score?

Partner Juggling Challenge! Partners to juggle 3 bean bags/soft balls for as long as possible without stopping.

Donkey Partners make as many passes from alternative sides in 30 seconds. The ball must stay in the set-up area and must pass into the opposite side after each kick. How many in total?

Badminton Volleys Partners complete as many badminton volleys as they can in 30 seconds. Volleys have to go higher than e.g. the line marked on the wall in hall, and you must stay in the marked area. How many volleys in total can you make?

Table Tennis Complete as many consecutive shots as you can in 30 seconds against an upright table/wall etc.. The ball can bounce once before you hit it, or it can be hit on the volley. Swap over. How many in total can you and your partner score?
