Consultant to approach the shortlisted/recommended Candidate on behalf of Client / Business Partner for the negotiation phase on the salary package and benefit. If during screening process a necessary arrangement is required by Client / Business Partner, including but not limited to candidate’s travelling fare, accommodation fare, air ticket fare, etc, Consultant to bear the cost in advance and back charge to Client / Business Partner Any action taken or omitted to be taken by the supplier in connection with settlement of Personal Income Tax of its Employees as shall be assessable by any Governmental Authorities within the scope of this Agreements. Recruitment & Head Hunting Services Scope of Work : Three (3) months probation period is required for each selected candidate as per Indonesia Regulation. In the event within the Candidate does not pass the three (3) months probation period, Consultant is obliged to replace the position with other candidate with the same qualification, at no cost. Direct Placement Fee, should be in accordance to the following conditions; Local Employee : 13 months of Gross Basic Salary employee*) x 15% of Succession Management Fee International Employee : 12 months of Net Basic Salary employee*) x 15% of Succession Management Fee *Note: The calculation should be excluding other allowance given if any.
