Know How To Stop Worrying?

Creating a worrying time You must learn to postpone worrying. For this, you must fix a time and place for it. Say every evening between 6 pm to 6.30 pm in your chair placed in the garden or backyard.

Solvable or unsolvable Depression Self-Help Program advice that when a worry pops into your head. Ask yourself whether the problem is solvable by you or not. If the worry is solvable, take action.
