VOLUNTEER STATE OF THE STATE FALL 2017 Playground Supervisors : Biggest NEED ! If you have an opportunity to supervise one day or once a month, please reach out to Jill Stoebe at jillstoebe@hotmail.com If we don’t fill, the teachers have to fill which takes away from their prep time. Less than 100 days till our Christmas Craft Fair PTO First Fundraiser DATE: Tentatively Dec. 9 or 16 TIME: 9:00 a.m.-6:00p.m. WHERE: Nativity of Mary Gym Volunteers Needed to Coordinate: Communication Get the word out in Bulletins; both Nativity and surrounding parishes. Coordinate flyer for communication folder Coordinate flyer to seek out potential vendors Food Coordinate coffee and doughnuts and a light lunch menu Set Up Work with Jim on setup of gym for vendors and food. Lining up vendors to participate Seek potential vendors out via bulletin, surrounding craft fairs and contacting last years vendors from wine and cheese event.
