My Timeline of Use of Media Krisha Rivera STEM- Genesis

Books (Year 2005) As a kid I spent most of my time reading books. They contain information in which I find really interesting as a kid. You know, a child’s curious mind finds even the simplest thing interesting.

Cellular Phone( Year 2008) This part of my media evolution I discovered books weren’t the only thing that exists. Now I got exposed to a higher level of media which are cellular phones, not mine though, but my Mom’s and Dad’s. I used them to play games and even get in touch with my relatives from far away.

Radio ( Year 2009) My dad loves music. He told me that early Sunday mornings are best spent with radio playing old school music. Well, I agree. Also, we used this to get information, especially with regard to the weather even if the power is off.

Televion ( Year 2010) Before my phone, TV was my favorite thing. You know, cartoons (yes, I still watch them), shows, well technically everything was shown in televisios during this time. I even first saw my favorite boyband (up to this moment,) with my handy partner television.

Computers ( Year 2012) When I reached high school I was taught that assignments will be as easy as 1,2,3 with the use of computers. They helped me access the information superhighway which made technically everything as easy as one two three.

Social Media ( Year 2012) With the fast pacing of the world, I learned to swim through the flow. During this time I began using social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. They helped me get in touch with my friends and family in just one click.

Smart Phones and Tablets ( Year 2014-Present) With all honesty, I first used my very own smartphone during this time. Smartphones and tablets are made to do several computer jobs, with of course the comfort of the user.
