Agenda + Info about Form + Function 1 – Finish Slab Built Box > Finish TODAY! Make sure to take extra time to clean up your work and take care of craftsmanship – it is part of your grade! Fill out Rubric and to teacher. Put completed work to front book shelf when finished. Make sure to sign work on the bottom 2 – Form + Function Artwork > Draw 3 Sketches in your sketchbook for your Form + Function Piece. Project Overview is in the PowerPoint from last Thurs. if you need more information. Decide how you will build your piece and how big it will be. Create a template and USE RULER if you have straight edges! This will help with your construction if you are using slabs You can use any handbuilding method (or combination of methods ) Keep your work leather-hard until next week for changes and grading purposes. 3 – CLEAN UP! Please be extra helpful in cleaning up this week! Do your individual jobs and table jobs (same as last week) before leaving. Throwers – do not leave a mess at the wheels! If there is NO WATER, do not throw today!
