Applicants Must Apply at: www.centurylink.jobs Search Keyword: 15361 for the BOISE JOB POSTING You’ll earn $125 when YOUR REFERRAL successfully graduates training, an additional $125 after 90 Days Retention and $250 after Six Months in the CSSA Position. Referral Award Program Details: The applicant (Referral) must provide Staffing the Referrer’s name online, or during interview and must start in an Inbound class in Boise, ID during August 2014 in order to make the referrer eligible for the incentive.  Once the referral meets all of the eligibility requirement, Installment payments will occur only if the below criteria are met for each installment payment: The 1st installment will be $125, or 25% of the total referral payout and will be paid out to the referrer via payroll the first applicable payroll period after the referral (i.e. new hire) successfully graduates new hire training (payout may take 1-3 weeks, depending on payroll calendar).   The 2nd installment will be $125, or 25% of the total referral payout and will be paid out to the referrer via payroll the first applicable payroll period after the referral (i.e. new hire) has been employed for 90 days (payout may take 1-3 weeks, depending on payroll calendar). The 3rd installment will be $250, or the remaining 50% of the total referral payout and will be paid out to the referrer via payroll the first applicable payroll period after the referral (i.e. new hire) has been employed for 6 months (payout may take 1-3 weeks, depending on payroll calendar). If the Referral does not meet the 1st installment payment requirement, no bonus is earned and no monies will be paid. Both the new hire (Referral) and Referrer must be employed at the time each installment bonus is processed (i.e. one week prior to payment). Employee Referral Bonus will not be paid out for rehired employees This offer specific for the Boise, ID Inbound CSSA position Payment not eligible for 401(k) or pension programs The referral will be paid in three installments that will appear on scheduled payroll and subject to federal income tax, state and local income tax (if applicable), and employment taxes. The taxes will be taxed at the federal Supplemental rate
