Principles of Service Delivery Science-Based Quality Assured User-oriented Provides value to Users Harmonised and Standardised cbs-16@wmo.int

Service Delivery and the WMO Secretariat Concept was championed by PWS Programme All Programmes need to Develop interactions with users Identify user requirements Regularly share information between Programmes WMO Tech Regs could be expanded to cover generic aspects of Service Delivery cbs-16@wmo.int

Service Delivery and WMO Members Effectively bringing developments in science and technology through to improved services Harmonising the approach to Service Delivery across Weather, Climate, Hydrology and Environmental Services Addressing all sectors, such as Health, Energy, Transport, Food Security, Urban Environment cbs-16@wmo.int
