Who Would Be The Audiences For Your Media Product Who Would Be The Audiences For Your Media Product? How Did You Attract/address Your Audience Element Evidence How Does It Attract My Audience? Actor: Isabel Williams In the thriller opening when Isabel is seen at the train station she is dressed in casual clothing. (typical clothes that a teenager would wear) It attracts our young audience because Isabel is around the same age as the audience and has relatable clothing style as the audience. Location: House In the thriller opening when Isabel is at home. As she starts to realize something unusual while she's at home alone. This is relatable to my audience because at some point every teenager understands the feeling of being left at home alone. Isabel plays the character of a young female. Its relatable to the audience because there are many young females at the same age as Isabel Isabel plays the character of a young independent woman Relatable to other young independent woman Genre Our opening is a thriller which is what a lot of young people are currently interested in. Attracts the audience because thrillers are what young people are currently interested.

Our thriller opening is appealing to the age of teenagers to young adults, the main character of out thriller opening is a female so the gender group is more appealing towards young females. Our character also lives on their own so its more appealing to young people who live on their own because that can relate. Different age groups are put into a certain category because a certain target audience is needed for a movie which is why Hollywood usually target an age group or any group they are making the film for before they actually proceed to make the film. There are other groups that are considered before a film is made because films can be based on ethnicities ,age ,class, gender. For example there are movies for black teenagers or people of a different colour like freedom writers it’s a movie about inequality of education of people with different skin colours and also how their lives are effected at home. It is important that groups are made for movie because it can have a large effect of the success of a movie which is why UK films struggle because they usually have a good idea of a movie, they make the movie but then they don’t actually know who the movie is for which leads to the down fall of the movie.
