Weekend Itinerary Friday Saturday Sunday Adventure at the City Museum & Dinner cruise on the Mississippi river Music in the parks festival performance & Competition Day of fun at Six flags over st. Louis! Travel to the top of the gateway arch and visit the museum of gateway expansion

Cost and Inclusions See section 2 for costs and inclusions The cost of the trip is $485/student and $460/adult if we have 80-84 paying participants That means we need at least: 12 chaperones and 70 students to register to meet that goal If we get more than 84 paying participants that cost will go down 

Payment Schedule See section 3 for payment deadlines October 16th: Registered for payment system October 23rd: $100 deposit/ per traveler due December 1st : Second payment $130 per traveler January 15th: third payment $130 per traveler March 1st: final balance payment (Based on your preference of room occupancy)

chaperones If we have 70 students register for the trip we will need 12 chaperones to register We ideally want 5 students/adult. I will also be bringing another Hmms faculty member, so we will have 14 total

This trip is a privilege NOT a right! Please make sure your student knows that unfavorable behavior throughout the year will result in not being able to attend the trip (on a case by case basis)

How do we pay for this? Scholarship form (section 6) Fundraising opportunities: Fall Cherrydale fundraiser (food and candle sales) Winter/spring cookie dough fundraiser Restaurant fundraiser (chipotle? Applebees?) Open to any other ideas!
