Beef I learned that beef comes from cows. When black cows are together how can you indentify them? You can indentify them by the tag they put on there ear or the brand they put on there hip. Cows are useful to use they help use by giving us plants. They help farm the ranchers.

Curds and Whey The first cheese started in 1821. Separated into a different station in the factory Lucas keeps away bacteria. Cheese is cut by water knives. 104 degrees for moister. Cut into small more weights. Takes 7 months to make cheese. Way is cheese , Louisiana , chips and pizza. It takes a lot of steps to make cheese. We eat a lot of cheese a day.

Food Safety Important to keep food safe you can do that by washing your hands before eating or if your going to make dinner. Example: You sneeze you shake somebody's hand and he shakes hands with another person and he does it to you have just spread germs in a Instant. You gave to have your freezer to zero degrees and When your cooking get a thermometer to check if it was ready.

Dairy Barn Farming : our clothes are made of leather .3 times a day 3 months cows need to be milked. When the cows are pregnant they stop milking them . They make milk from their utter. A cow has 4 utters and 4 stomach , 4 legs.

Pecans The pecan tree is the only Native tree. The Native Americans were the first people to eat pecans. Pecans are wonderful portable food. In fall the Native Americans went camping and the food they ate was pecans . Pecans tree grow up to 60 feet. Pecans have a lot of energy.

Corn Corn :The travelers were looking for something to eat. The first color of the corn was black and red. There were 3 kinds a crops corn,beans,and squash. 50 years ago a scientist found beans that were black and white. Corn oil is corn squashed into water and then you can make oil. Furtose corn is syrup that smashed and you add sugar to make it.

Cotton Cotton is more than 7,000 years old. Cotton grows in Florida, California, Arizona, and New Mexico. The cotton helps us in our jeans, shirts, and many more. Cotton is very helpful to us.

Animals We saw animals like sheep horses bulls and It looked like one bull fell in love with Ryan. The horses were excited to see us I was excited to it was a long time I've seen a horse. I just wanted to touch them so mad. The animals were so pretty . The horses were all kind of colors their were some gray and some black some were spotted. It was awesome to see all the animals.
