Condensing Notes Cornell Method – see template 1 Make notes in this column. Don’t try to capture everything and leave space so you can come back to it later 2 After you’ve summarised, write key words in this column. Try to formulate them into questions 3 Summarise your notes in this section within 24 hrs Some of you may not have heard of this method but it is a really useful method. Talk through the method. When you are revising you should only have to use section 3 which will save you a lot of time. TASK: You have two minutes to make as many notes as possible about the following text
