Norma Formanek – Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Trilliant, Inc. Norma is the leader of legal and governance functions and member of the management team at Trilliant. Prior to Trilliant, Norma was senior vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer at Electric Power Research Institute, where she created enterprise risk management processes and coached corporate leaders and employees in risk based decision making. Norma received her JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and her AB with honors from the University of California, Berkeley. Reports to: CEO

Margaret “Meg” McClellan – Chief Legal Officer, University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) UCAR is a private, non-profit research lab in Boulder, Colorado. Meg oversees governance, compliance, export, intellectual property, technology transfer, employment, ethics, litigation, insurance and risk management. As a senior leader, Meg advises on key legal and strategic issues, including acquisition and divestiture of programs. She served on the ACC Colorado Chapter Board from 2010-2015 and was President in 2013, and she has been recognized by Law Week Colorado as one of the Top Ten Women Lawyers in the Denver metro area.
