SWORD (School and WOrk-Related Dual learning) OUTPUT 2 APPROACH/MODEL FOR A SCHOOL TO LABOUR MARKET TRANSITION: PATHWAYS AND TOOLS Udine meeting Autonomous Province of Trento Udine, November 11-13, 2015 PROVINCIA AUTONOMA DI TRENTO

OUTPUT 2 PHASES PHASE 1 Construction of a shared approach to the transition aimed at designing a model that can take into account the diferences among the various regional contexts. (30° November 2015) PHASE 2 Fine-tuning of the model: design and implementation of the transitions pathways in the different local contexts. (31° August 2016) PHASE 3 Testing of the transition pathways with monitoring and evaluation activities. (from 1st September 2016 – to 28°February 2017) 2

OUTPUT 2 PHASE 1 Designing a shared approach/model characterized by flexibility of implementation in the different regional contexts and characterized by different pathways and tools. The construction of this new approach is meant to foster the integration of young people into the labour market and it concern especially : Measures and tools for evaluating and accrediting skills and competences (e.g. validation of social networking in a workplace environment, learning on the workplace, validation of skills indipendently from the method used for acquiring them) Flanking measures and tools (e.g. work guidance, school-work alternance, mobility in different working contexts) career guidance pathways for the transition from school to training and to work.
