Shuffle LINE DANCE BASIC NAME OF STEP COUNTING DIRECTION SHUFFLE 1 & 2, Fwd; back; to the side or across Forwards: Step forward onto RF, close LF to RF, Step forward onto RF. can repeat using LF first Backwards: step back onto RF, close LF to RF, step back onto RF. Sideways: Step to right side onto RF, close LF to RF, step to R side onto RF Across: Step RF across LF, step to L side with LF, Step RF across LF. PIVOT TURN Step forward onto RF Lift heels to make a ½ turn swivel Transfer weight onto new front leg (left) You will now have the right leg (the back leg) free to begin the next move. Repeat to back (or opposite) wall (or direction) TIMING for this combination is: 1 & 2 = shuffle forward 3 & 4 = pivot turn, step (3= step forward & = swivel turn 4 = step forward onto LF.

COASTER STEP Step back onto the ball of RF Step ball of LF next to RF ( both feet are now together on balls of feet) Step forward onto flat RF (counting: 1 & 2) NOW TRY USING LF STEPPING BACK FIRST. To make it easier to repeat using alternate feet: this step can be combined with a forward rock: counting: 3, 4. Perform the coaster step as described, then rock forward onto LF then rock back onto RF. The LF is now ready to step back to repeat the coaster using LF first: SEE VIDEO CLIP
