TCS Premier Branch Location Setup Step 1 Lookup dealer’s current information on ComfortSite: Admin Center > Customer Administration > Customer Sign-up Search for dealer under one of the following: Company Info: search Company Name (wildcards help; ex: comfort* displays all dealers that start with “Comfort” in their name) Account Info: dealer’s account number or tax id Click “SELECT” on the appropriate dealer Print, Save or take screen shots of all the dealer’s information for later step (you will have to re-enter in other screen exactly as displayed)
TCS Premier Branch Location Setup Step 2 Setup duplicate account in ComfortSite: Admin Center > Customer Administration > Customer Sign-up Click “Add Customer” Select “Dealer” Enter dealer’s account number or tax id (hit next) Confirm duplicate submission (Click Continue)
TCS Premier Branch Location Setup Step 3 Enter dealer’s information from Step 2 as in their other ComfortSite account: Under Company Name add the branch city/town in (parenthesis if desired) Example: Company Name: Acme Services (Anytown) Under Company Description enter Company Name + “Branch” Example: Company Description: Acme Anytown Branch Enter all other information exactly as primary account
TCS Premier Branch Location Setup Step 3 (Continued) Scroll down to Physical Company Name at bottom Under Physical Company Name enter as above Example: Physical Company Name: Acme Services (Anytown) Enter all other boxes with branch location information Phone number needs to be for branch NOTE: The area code for this number will generate the SMART/RCF tracking phone number
TCS Premier Branch Location Setup Step 4 Email notice: Email ComfortSpecialist@Trane.com Subject: TCS Premier Branch Location for XYZ dealer Body: Please approve branch location setup for dealer XYZ dealer and include TCS id#_____, branch city _________, and branch state __________
TCS Premier Branch Location Setup Step 5 After approval email response, navigate to Trane Dealer Connection in ComfortSite. Admin Must have Campaign Manager access to proceed. For DSO, contact your DDM to have campaigns created for both the Dealer Locator and Dealer Landing Page Click on “Create Campaigns” Dealer will need to “Accept Terms and Conditions” for SMART enrollment upon the dealer locator campaign creation
TCS Premier Branch Location Setup Step 6 Leave all selections as is and click ‘Search’. Search through (usually several pages at bottom) Find new location indicated by (location)
TCS Premier Branch Location Setup Step 7 Complete the boxes below Create Campaign Campaign Name: TCS or Customer Care Branch Location Category: TCS or Customer Care Lead Source: Dealer Locator Start Date: Today’s Date End Date: Today’s Date + 1 year Phone Number Type: (Usually local, unless they want a toll free tracking #) Next- Click the box beside new location Click ‘Apply to Selected Rows’ Now ‘Save’
