Method Specific measurements during pre and post assessment included body mass index (BMI) and physical fitness tests that include: push-ups, sit ups and crunches. Provided nutrition rating based on their initial questionnaire responses and BMI. Weekly weigh-ins were required by participants Monitoring the caloric intake and physical activity of each participant to ensure success.

Pre-Assessment Results Females Average weight = 183.31 with a standard deviation of 22.53. Average BMI = 30.70 with a standard deviation of 2.42. Average nutrition rating = 2.63 out of 5 with a standard deviation of 0.51. Males Average weight = 268.13 with a standard deviation of 42.72. Average BMI = 39.43 with a standard deviation of 5.51. Average nutrition rating = 3.40 out of 5 and had a standard deviation of 0.63.
Post-Assessment Results Females Average weight = 179 with a standard deviation of 19.30. Average BMI = 30.01 with a standard deviation of 2.07. Average nutrition rating = 2.38 out of 5 and had a standard deviation of 0.51. While conducting a T-test, the weight correlation between pre and post-test was .00002, BMI correlation .00001 and nutrition rating .0003. Males Average weight = 261.47 with a standard deviation of 39.01. Average BMI = 38.46 with a standard deviation of 5.05. Average nutrition rating = 2.87 out of 5 and had a standard deviation of 0.64. While conducting a T-test, the weight correlation between pre and post-test was .0024, BMI correlation .0018 and nutrition rating .0013.

Discussion Male group had more of a significant change and improved than the female group when comparing the pre-test and post-test weight loss. Overall, the program showed significant results since they are less than .05 in the post assessment. For the female group, there was no real change between the nutrition rating pre and post since the T test was .0824 compared to .0013 for the male group because the value is higher than .01.
Next Steps and Evaluation Suggest additional research into the female group since the nutrition rating had no significant change.
