The beginning Charlie’s real name is Carlos Irwin Estevez. He was born September 3, 1965 in New York City.

The Estevezs’ He’s the oldest of his 3 other siblings. His father is actor Martin Sheen and his mother artist Janet Sheen. Sheen has two older brothers  Emilio Estevez and Ramon Estevez, and a younger sister, Renée Estevez, all actors.

Charlie’s film career His first movie was when he was 9 in his father’s movie called “The Execution of Private Slovik”. His movie career started in 1984 with “Red Dawn. Since then he’s been in movies called ”Ferris Bueller's Day Off”  “Platoon” and “Money Never Sleeps” Charlie pondering the existence of the universe.

Charlie’s film career pt.2 In 1987 he starred in a unreleased movie called “Grizzly II: The Predator”. Later he starred in “Young Guns” which he received a ‘Bronze Wrangler’.

Charlie’s Television career Charlie replaced  Michael J. Fox for the last two seasons of “Spin City” which was a sitcom from 2000-2002. Which he was nominated for two ALMA Awards and won his first Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actor In A Television Series – Musical Or Comedy. Charlie's most memorable performance was on the sitcom “Two and a half men” for which he has received  an ALMA Award and he gained three Emmy Award nominations and two Golden Globe award nominations. He was forced to quit as off March 7, 2011 because he demanded 3 million per episode, he already received 1.8 per episode. Which made him the highest paid actor on television.

Relationships Sheen has been married 3 times and has 5 children. His first marriage was Paula Profit, who he actually shot in the arm by accident, which she then ended the engagement. He isn’t married currently.

Substance abuse On May 20, 1998, Sheen overdosed while using cocaine and was hospitalized, it later was revealed he experimented ways of injecting cocaine. He already was on probation, it was extended another year. On October 26, 2010, the police removed Sheen from his suite at the Plaza Hotel after he reportedly caused $7,000 in damage. According to the NYPD, Sheen admitted to drinking and using cocaine the night of the incident.

Charlie in the news again Soon after his removal from “Two and a half men”, he got the nations attention from his recent news actions from denying having psychological problems.
