The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to our school April 24 – 28, 2017 The Trillium Elementary School Council (TESC) is excited about sharing the joy of reading and invite the students and parents to visit the Book Fair. Attached is a flyer that preview a few of the many books available to purchase at the Fair. To view more about the featured books, visit the scholastic website: http://scholastic.ca/bookfairs/featuredbooks2.php To purchase the books at the Fair, you may send the completed “Books I Want to Read” form (see back of flyer) along with the correct amount of money or cheque to school. Students may visit the Fair with their class or on their own (older grades only) to purchase books. Parents may also visit the Book Fair with your child during the week. Family Event Draw You could win $50 in books – $25 for your family PLUS $25 for your child’s classroom! The student may drop off the ballot (see back of flyer) during their classroom visit. Teachers will be provided with extra ballots for those students who forget to bring it. Poster Draw The students may also participate in a guessing game to win a free poster. Winners will be announced at the end of the Fair. Classroom Wishlist Program Looking for a great gift for your teacher? Check out the classroom wishlists. Choose a book with your child and purchase it at the Fair. You will receive a book plate to personalize your donation. Hours Open Close Mon 8:30 am 3:30 pm Tues Wed 8:00 pm Thurs Fri noon Extended hours on Wednesday Payment options: Cash Cheques (payable to TESC) Debit Credit card (VISA or MasterCard) If you would like to volunteer at the Book Fair, please sign up on the online volunteer sheet at www.TESC.ca. The funds raised will be used toward the purchase of the kindergarten play structure. Thank you in advance for your support.
