Spaghetti carbonara Olga 1ºb
INGREDIENTS 4 slices of.pancetta, cut into julienne strips. 4 egg yolks . 1/2 C. heavy cream . Freshly ground black pepper . Spaghetti pasta . 1 parmesan cheese, to be grated .
EQUIPMENT 1.Sauce pan. 1. Frying pan. 1. Spoon. 1. Colander
METHOD 1. First, cook pancetta in a large sauce pan over a medium flame . 2.Then, beat the egg yolks with the cream and black pepper. 3.After that, in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta and drain in a colander.
METHOD 4. Then, immediately add the pasta to the pancetta in the saute pan and pour in the cream mixture. 5. After that, stir over medium heat for one minute. 6. Finally, add the grated parmesan cheese.
Finally eat it!!
