NC Prep Swimming All 4A schools will be required to submit their meet results to ncprepswimming.com and use the entry form on that site to complete their Regional entries. All coaches must register an account by following the "register" link in the upper right-hand portion of the ncprepswimming.com home page. After verification of their coaching position, each coach will have access to manage rosters and regional entries.

NC Prep Swimming Meet results should be emailed to ncprepswimming@gmail.com as a HyTek Meet Export (*.hy3) file and will be posted to the site in a timely fashion. How-to videos for roster and entry management as well as time/results disputes will be posted on the site prior to the date of first contest. Directors of meets not scored electronically are invited to use the free online tools on the site to complete their meet results and scoring. How to videos for that process will also be posted online.
