What is a toaster? A toaster is a simple machine that is made to cook your toast and crumpets.

When was the pop up toaster invented? The pop up toaster was first invented in 1921.

Facts! A timer turns the toaster off at the same time releases the tray and makes the toast pop up. For lots of people the toaster is a big part of there daily breakfast lunch and dinner.

How do toasters help us They help us cook our toast and crumpets instead of putting it over a fire. Because you will have to keep checking on it every second. Because you might burn your toast really bad.

FACTS A toaster, hairdryer ,oven work on the same idea. An older toaster ,the hot wires heat up a small device called a thermocouple.
