Semester 2: Year 1 Science Project Timeline February: Faculty present research assignments February 9-13: Students submit topic, research question, determine methods of data collection February 16-20: Research & design data collection instruments February 23 – March 6: Collect data/information March 9-18: Compile and analyze data; Evaluate results, and collect additional data if necessary. Writing of first draft. March 19-20: Discussion of draft and layout of poster with lecturer. Groups responsible for making appointments with lecturer.
