Advance Care Planning and Communication Skills Training Day PROGRAMME Advance Care Planning and Communication Skills Training Day Thursday 28th Oct 2017 Thursday 26th Oct 2017 09.30 – 16.30 Suitable for any Health, Social Care or Volunteer staff working with individuals who may benefit from the opportunity to advance care plan This Study day offers the opportunity to build confidence and develop your practice. The day will focus on the principles and benefits of Advance Care Planning, the supporting documentation and associated communication skills Free places for this one day course are available for health and social care staff thanks to funding from Health Education England.
