Secretary and Historian Notebook Keep minutes for every meeting. Historian uses a section of the notebook to collect pictures, videos, newspaper clippings, and articles about student projects and accomplishments. Use template which can be downloaded from www.ohiobpa.com Historian should attempt to write an article every two weeks. Take pictures at events, label the attendees, date the photos. Classroom website – use the articles and photos to populate a classroom website.
