Site Plan Your lot is small do the best you can with what you have. This is location of your lot.

Site Plan Considerations its all about the view? Maximize your buildable lot. Where’s the view? Too close to the road? Up hill or downhill? That’s your neighbors land! What’s a drainfield?

How close is too close? Legal requirement is 8 meters from any road way. Is the road straight? How do you draw a line that parallels it? What is your scale? 1cm = 2 meters

That’s your neighbors land! Due to law suits and inconsistencies in boundaries Jefferson County WA has instituted a 3 m setback. Today with GPS mistakes are inexcusable.

What’s a drainfield Where your sink tub and toilet go if you don’t have a sewer. It should be down hill from your home Flushing or pumping uphill will cost you 10,000 Euro’s You must have two for this site due to such a small lot

This lot requires A pressurized mound septic system due to lot size. This requires two septic drain-fields of 135 m2 in any shape. Must be inside the setbacks.

Additional things Are there trees in the buildable area they should be removed. Are there any trees blocking the view Tree removal is 250 euros per tree. Information about the community your house is in: http://www.capegeorge.org/index.php?about
