Open the PowerPoint application first. Use the Open file option to locate the file NB: The sequencing activity cannot be carried out using the viewer. If the presentation doesn’t automatically open in slide sorter view: To be able to use the text boxes you must enable macros. You may be automatically prompted to do this. If not click on Options under the tool bar (slide sorter view). Activate the Enable the content option. Click OK

The text boxes are only active in the slideshow mode which means text can be added and deleted as the slideshow is being watched. This presentation is saved in the slideshow view. You cannot use enter to start a new line but once the text box is full a scroll bar will appear so you can type more information if you wish.
