A BOUT U S Maniks is the most reputed Indian brand with a history of 30 years for manufacturing reverse jet pulse valves used in bag-filter applications and the sequential timers used in conjunction with them. These are used in dust collector equipment for cement, steel and such other industries. The company was started by Mr. Shekhar Kulkarni, an IIT Mumbai alumnus, with a vision to substitute imported products with Indian make products. The primary aim was to produce reliable products with excellent quality and service.

What is Heat Pipe? Heat Pipe is a simple device which is used to transfer heat from one location to another, using an evaporation- condensation cycle. Heat pipes are referred to as “superconductors” of heat due to their fast transfer capability with low heat loss. Heat Pipe It is a self-contained passive energy recovery device. A heat pipe can transfer up to 1000 times more thermal energy, than copper, the best known conductor

What are Heat Pipes/Heat Exchangers? Heat pipe is Heat transfer devices. They are Hollow cylindrical pipes, filled with a small/little amount of working fluid that evaporates to produce heat.Heat pipe This heat then rejected from another end for its application on various industrial processes. For example, heat pipe is used in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration application. A heat pipe is a closed evaporator-condenser cylindrical system sealed under vacuum with a small amount of working fluid.

Heat Pipe Working :  Maniks heat pipe is constructed with a wick or capillary structure, a working fluid and a vacuum sealed tube.  One end of the pipe is kept in the heat generating area and other end will be operating as a condensation or heat dissipation unit.  The wick structure lines the inner surface of the heat pipe and is saturated with the working fluid.  The wick structure plays very important role to perform capillary action for heat transfer process.
