Close attention to local histories materials and interpretations, and multi-disciplinary conversations across the boundaries of the social sciences.

Area Studies Funding's Most of the Area Studies Centers are depend on Title VI. Title VI secur funding for the area studies centers and student fellowships. Federal funds have helped scholars to travel for fieldwork ressearch, learn the language of a region, Secure the acquisition of books for the United States.

Conclusion Librarians and Archivists in the Middle East need to take more responsibilities and act to save their archives. Researchers, librarians and archivists should work together to create more digitized projects. More studies need to be carried to demonstrate the value of archival materials in the MES field, and to explore the challenges that scholars are facing because of turmoil in the region. The Middle East Libraries and Archivists need to Create Disaster Management Planning
