The lodge is situated on the banks of the Zambezi River with easy access to Livingstone, the Victoria Falls and Chobe Game Park. The lodge is not currently operational and has been priced to sell on land valuation. The infrastructure is in place and accordingly dependent on the purchasers requirements, significant maintenance inputs may be required.

There are three x two bedroom chalets on the banks of the Zambezi river. A central thatched Lapa with dining and recreation areas plus a plunge pool. Four rustic twin bed timber A frame chalets each with toilet and shower. Basic camping facilities and ablution block. Grid power is nearby but would require connection.
