 Funded at $450M per year  TTP replaces Indian Reservation Roads (IRR)  Formula:  27% on eligible road miles  39% on tribal population  34% divided based on SAFTEA-LU Tribal Shares for IRR  The new formula is to be phased in over a 4-year transition period with funds distributed based on tribal shares in FY 2011, with remainder using the new formula.
